Our Management
Jim Paradis
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Jim and his wife Michelle moved to Naples with their two children from southwest Colorado in 1987. He has been in the construction industry since 1975. Over the past 35+ years he has constructed all types of commercial and residential projects in Indiana, Colorado, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida.
Jim received his Florida Builder’s Certification (state license # CBC047663) in 1989 and formed Paradise Homes of Naples, Inc. He is a hands-on builder who likes to work directly with each of his customers to ensure that they obtain the project outcome which they have envisioned.
George Kocsis
Originally native of Hungary, George joined the team at Paradise Homes in December of 1991. His 35+ years of construction experience provides him with the ability to attend to every detail of the workmanship of our artisans.
George has hands-on experience in nearly every category of residential building construction. Having been a finish carpenter/tile layer/kitchen installer/furniture and cabinet builder himself, he knows quality workmanship when he sees it and demands perfection from the tradesmen under his supervision.
George personally oversees the operations on each job that we do, which is the reason our clients repeatedly give such high accolades.
Michelle Paradis
Michelle is a native of LaGrange, Illinois just outside of Chicago. In her position as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Michelle promotes new business for the company and often assists our clients with their design and finish selections. In addition, Michelle is a practicing, licensed Florida REALTOR®.
