Paradise Homes Naples - Construction Remodeling Specialist Naples Florida

We engaged Paradise Homes in June 2011 to remodel an older home we purchased in Olde Naples. We asked them to give us a bid, hold to the budget and get it done by a set date, while we lived in another state. Jim and his foreman George kept us abreast of all that was going on by emails, texts and pictures at all times. They brought in the entire project on budget and on time....even with added items that were found during renovation that needed to be done and not previously noticed. The added items were fairly and appropriately priced. Jim engaged an architect to get drawings for our renovation of a porch, and importantly, applied for and received all permits in a timely manner. We had to deal with none of that at all.......they were here for all inspections by the various inspectors and took care of all details dealing with city permits and various regulations. The scope of our project included grading and cement work, a new glassed in porch, wood floors, tile floors, new deck, tiled outdoor decks and entry, new porch railings and built an inner stairwell to an upper floor.
